We provide a 1-week money back guarantee plus a 30 day warranty on all repairs from the date of receiving payment for the repair. Please refer to our policy on submitting a warranty claim.
Please use the original box if possible and including the following: Drone, Remote Controller, Battery, Charger and Propellers.
Fill out our Service Request form and one of our service technicians will contact you, or give us a call to organise a drop off.
Depending on the model of your drone, almost all repairs take between 1 to 2 hours at $120/hour plus parts.

1. INBOUND SHIPPING
If you placed the order and opted for pickup, member of staff will get in touch to arrange the date of collection. Or you can also send it in yourself. Either way, please package it safely and include tracking number reference number.
Once your device arrives to our facilities, engineers will carry out condition report and evaluation. This will outline all faults found as well as summarise any imperfections inside or outside the device.
In case we find any more issues, other than reported, we will notify you and provide a quote for the service.
Once all confirmations are out of the way, the order is transfered to our engineering department queue for service, where next available engineer carries out all the necessary part replacement and repair.
5. QUALITY TEST
All devices repaired at our repair centre undergo rigorous test to ensure they are leaving our premises in a fully working order, as we do provide warranty with every single service order.
6. OUTBOUND DELIVERY
Once your order is completed and paid for, it is released for packaging and shipping.
